​About Polyurethane foam insulation

Polyurethane foam insulation is a sprayed rigid polyurethane foam product. It is applied by a spray application as to adhere to the surface and penetrate any hard-to-access areas. This process also gives an adequate seal to all areas applied. This is a two-component system that is machine driven to a gun where it is dispersed as a liquid, which within seconds is a manufactured in-place, closed-cell polyurethane foam. The R-Value of polyurethane foam is 7.0 per inch; many other products are in a general area of 3-3.5 per inch.

​Foam is superior in many other ways to other products that have been marketed. Polyurethane foam insulation adds to the structural integrity and the overall strength of your project, whether it is a house or a steel building. The savings can be seen in an average size application within a year of two; the cost of our product is a little more, but in the application procedure, all labor costs are considered as others are usually not. Foam is a vapor barrier in itself and stops infiltration as no other product can, resulting in more savings. Energy savings are noticeable immediately; the areas where this product is being used becomes a controlled atmosphere. This gives more temperature control whether heating or cooling.

Urethane Foam Insulations also provides a roofing system that consists of the polyurethane foam and a silicon construction coating. This roof system is seamless and lightweight. This is a perfect solution to load-bearing roof areas and problem roof areas; this system can be applied to resolve the need for insulation and drainage issues, as such interior exposure is not necessary to get a highly insulated roof area. Dome buildings and large roof areas are best suited for this.

We also offer our customers a fireproofing system to buildings without contemporary interior wall systems, such as gypsum board. This is usually steel buildings or other hard-to-cover areas and includes red steel projects.
